- Put the cap on and switch it on.
- Ten minutes, hands-free. Read, reply to messages, drink your tea.
- Take it off and get on with your day. Same time tomorrow.

Your first 12–16 weeks
- Start: set the habit. Pick your time. If you like, take a few photos for yourself: same light, same angle. They stay on your phone.
- After a month: first check-in. Is your time still working? Change it if not.
- After two months: this is usually the boring bit. Keep going.
- At 12–16 weeks: look at your photos, privately, and decide for yourself.
